On 12 November 2025, on the occasion of the World Bird Day and Bird Week concluding program, and under the Chief Minister’s Prosperous Panchayat Raj Campaign and Majhi Vasundhara Abhiyan 6.0, a bird-watching program was jointly organized by Bahar Nature Foundation and Gram Panchayat Salod Hirapur at Salod Lake for the students of Nehru Vidyalaya and the Zilla Parishad Primary School.
